SM Prime Holdings, Inc. on Wednesday said that its premium residential brand was set to roll out upgrades at Susana Heights Village, aiming to enhance living standards and boost the estate’s long-term value.
Signature Series by SM Residences will carry out the redevelopment of the main clubhouse and add new amenities such as covered tennis courts, an indoor air-conditioned basketball court, fitness gym, social hall and chapel.
We continue to see strong interest in premium, low-density developments despite broader macroeconomic headwinds

The first phase of the project is scheduled to start in the third quarter of this year, with enhancements to be implemented in stages.
The company claimed that demand for the development remained strong, citing the relaunch of inventory lots in November 2025 that drew interest from buyers seeking larger, lot-only properties.
Lot sizes in Susana Heights range from 500 to 900 square meters.
The redevelopment also includes estate-level improvements, including plans for an 8,000-square-meter neighborhood retail hub envisioned as a central lifestyle destination.
Construction of the retail strip is targeted to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
Jugo said the planned upgrades, combined with the estate’s location, were expected to make Susana Heights a more attractive residential community.
SM Prime’s share price jumped 26 centavos to close at P19.46 each on Wednesday.
