MANILA, Philippines — SM Prime Holdings Inc. has officially entered the premium residential market with Signature Series, its first solo venture outside the middle-income segment.

The first project under Signature Series, a new brand under SM Residences, is the P25-billion Susana Heights development, said Jose Juan Jugo, Signature Series group head.

This will be within 284-hectare Susana Heights property in Muntinlupa that the company acquired in 2024.
