Susana Heights Village, a charming community within the 284-hectare landbank of the SM Group in Muntinlupa City, has stood as a quiet and steadfast landmark along the South Luzon Expressway for decades.

Today, the group is set to revitalize this legacy neighborhood with refreshed infrastructure, new amenities, and the roll out of build-ready residential lot inventory it has held in its reserves for many years. It serves as a prelude to larger plans of the group for the whole of the Susana Heights estate and its remaining undeveloped landbank.

The 284-hectare landbank has been master planned turning a single-village development into a mixed-use community – the Susana Heights Estate. The estate includes Susana Heights Village, commercial developments, and the forthcoming developments of Signature Series, SM’s premium residential brand.

Backed by an initial ₱25 billion investment, the redevelopment of the Susana Heights estate will also introduce diverse residential clusters, green open spaces, and lifestyle and civic spaces.

The 104-hectare Susana Heights Village offers build-ready lots ranging from 500 to 900 sqm. Signature Series will serve as the exclusive project marketing arm of this development.
